We couldn’t help but stop at Ponte Vecchio on the way back from Piazzale Michelangelo. A local band was playing and the tourists were singing along with them. The evening glow after sunset was stunning. I reminded myself don’t get distracted by the performance. After taking a few shots with the camera on the tripod, I looked around seeking for a different perspective. The boat rolled into the frame. I knew this is the moment I have been waiting for, a perfect image of Florence.
